This Valentine's Day, step away from the ordinary and celebrate with your special one by the sea, where the pace slows, the air softens, and time is shaped by meaningful moments.

For one night only, the Manse on the Beach invites you to a Valentine's celebration shaped by candlelight, coastal calm and a dinner inspired by Thai flavours.

A small collection of curated experiences allows you to celebrate in the way that feels right to you.

Seaside Romantic Hideaway
Designed for couples who wish to let the celebration linger a little longer beyond dinner, this signature overnight escape blends indulgent dining, deep rest and a slow morning by the coast.

Availability:
Saturday 14 February → Sunday morning checkout
Price: £250 per couple

• Welcome tea, coffee and sweet treats on arrival
• Early check in on Saturday 14th
• One-night stay in a luxurious ensuite room
• 1-hour private access to our Haven Spa
(jacuzzi and sauna set within our peaceful garden)
• Candlelit Valentine's Dinner for two, inspired by Thai flavours
• Intimate dining atmosphere by the sea
• Breakfast on Sunday morning
• Time to unwind, rest and wake up slowly with the sound of the coast

Road Directions

Driving directions: Travelling from Newtownards, take the Portaferry Rd (A20) and go via Greyabbey and Kircubbin. Exiting Kircubbin, take a left onto Rubane Road and continue to Cloughey. On reaching the Main Rd, turn right and drive for approx. 1 mile, then turn left onto Manse Road.

Public Transport Directions

Translink Ulsterbus services operate to Cloughey, connecting the village with Newtownards, Bangor and Belfast via the Ards Peninsula.

The Ulsterbus 9, 9B, 10B services serve Cloughey Road.

The nearest bus stop is located on Cloughey Road, within walking distance of 25 Manse Road.
