Enjoy live theatre performance in Ards and North Down in venues such as SPACE and Studio 1a in Bangor and The Web Theatre, Newtownards.

The South Eastern Regional College in Bangor, fondly referred to as locally as SERC, use and facilitate theatrical experiences in SPACE. The theatre boasts industry standard performing and rehearsal spaces, dance studios, professional recording studios and a high specification theatre where Performing and Creative Art students can perform in front of a paying audience to develop their confidence and skills.

As well as that, SPACE plays host to performing artists outside of the college such as family pantomimes, literature events and music performances throughout the year.

Amongst others, Bangor Drama Club hold their performances in the City central, Studio 1a.

The Web Theatre in Newtownards is the only privately owned theatre in Ireland and is home to Dreamcatchers Theatre and Educational Drama Company, it provides enjoyable entertainment for all ages and is also used as a cinema with state of the art screen.
