ake a little time to re-energise, refocus and revitalise at The Manse on the Beach, with a two-night Yoga Retreat from 27–29 November 2026.
Set beside Cloughey Beach on Northern Ireland's beautiful Ards Peninsula, this boutique seaside escape brings together yoga, holistic treatments, spa facilities and nourishing food. A whole weekend to step away from your routine, reset and recharge.
Arrive on Friday 27 November, settle into your beautifully appointed en-suite room and ease into the weekend with an evening yoga class led by Natalie, followed by dinner.
Saturday offers two yoga classes, with time between sessions to enjoy the surroundings. Take a walk along the beach, or find a quiet corner to read and relax. In the evening, gather around the table for our Saturday Thai Night.
On Sunday, enjoy breakfast, a final yoga class and lunch before heading home.
Your retreat package includes:
• Two nights' accommodation in a beautifully appointed en-suite room
• Four yoga classes with Natalie: Friday evening, two on Saturday and one on Sunday
