An evening of fine food with Chef Jim Mulholland at his beautiful restaurant in this exquisite georgian building on the square in Comber is a highlight of the Tide & Turf season.
Fine dining came to Comber in 2019 when Jim Mulholland left his role as head chef at the prestigious Novelli restaurant in Belfast’s high-end AC Hotel in Belfast to develop 14 The Georgian House in Comber to its’ full potential. With a stellar record built up over the years, Jim has quickly succeeded in recasting No14 as an award-winning establishment.
Jim is an influential advocate of local produce and is one of our local foraging experts particularly around the shores of Strangford Lough, this is reflected in his dishes which always place seasonality and provenance. In the Comber edition of our local showcase Jim has put together a three-course dinner that celebrates the finest food and drink of County Down.
