Cottown Community Festival 2026 is a family-friendly community event taking place on Saturday 22nd August 2026 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at Field at 84 Newtownards Road, Donaghadee, BT21 0PT.

Organised by Cottown LOL 1029 / Ballygrainey Orange Hall, the festival aims to bring local people together for a fun, welcoming and enjoyable afternoon with something for all ages. Building on the success of previous community events, the festival will provide an opportunity for families, friends, neighbours and visitors to come together in a relaxed outdoor setting and enjoy a wide range of attractions and activities.

Visitors can expect a lively afternoon featuring food vendors, local traders and craft stalls, family activities, live entertainment and community organisations. There will be attractions for children and families, alongside stalls showcasing local products, gifts and services. The event is designed to create a positive community atmosphere, encouraging people to enjoy local entertainment, support small traders and spend time together.

The festival will be open to the wider public and will offer a welcoming environment for local residents as well as visitors from surrounding areas. It forms part of the ongoing effort to make Ballygrainey Orange Hall and the wider Cottown area an active and positive hub for community activity.

Whether you are coming along for the food, to browse the stalls, enjoy the entertainment, or simply spend a few hours with family and friends, Cottown Community Festival 2026 promises to be a great afternoon out.
