Built in 1834, this stone Meeting House remains largely unchanged since its original construction and is beautifully set in the heart of the Peninsula, surrounded by open fields and countryside. Its peaceful rural setting is very much part of the visitor experience.
Inside, visitors can explore a partially reconstructed Precentor’s Cottage, believed to be unique, along with displays of photographs, baptismal records and marriage registers that offer insight into community life over generations.
A knowledgeable guide will be on hand to share the history of the Meeting House, answer questions and bring the stories of this special place to life.
