Just a one-minute stroll from the village centre, this beautifully presented property offers spacious accommodation, making it ideal for families, couples, friends and those looking for a relaxing seaside escape.

Please note: there is a step down from the kitchen to the hallway and living room. Access to the bedrooms is via a staircase with approximately 15 steps, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Hairdressers, off-licence, the excellant 'Cottage Kitchen' excellent cafe, new playground, tennis courts, beautiful minutes walk.beaches with safe swimming and a mobile sauna, all within minutes walking from the property.
Groomsport is 5 minute drive to the centre of Bangor and 5 minute drive to Donaghadee both have many amenities and hosteleries to enjoy. Or a 30 minute drive to Belfast and then a launching pad to W5, the Titanic Centre or a trip up the north coast to the Giants Causeway or the Dark Hedges.
