Rose Cottage and Annex

6 Church Street, Greyabbey, Newtownards, Co Down, BT22 2NQ
Open plan living room area

About

The Annex is located off a street of stone cottages on the edge of a small historic village which is shared with the beautiful 12th century Cistercian Abbey and the pretty St Saviours Church. It is one of three lovely properties that we rent in Greyabbey. (See our seperate listings for “Rose” and “Lilac Tree”). It is only a short walk into the village which has a small convenience store, award-winning butchers, great coffee shops, award winning restaurants and a range of vintage/antique shops perfect for a peruse. The annex is within easy walking distance of the abbey, local park, convenience store, boutique shops and restaurants. The fabulous wedding venue, Orange Tree House, is less than 10 minutes walk.

Enjoy a large, bright open plan living, kitchen and dining room with views on to a lovely, spacious garden. It is a fabulous, family-friendly space with a comfy sofa, TV and wifi. There are 3 pretty bedrooms. The first is a large high ceiling bedroom with original casement windows, a king size bed and dual aspect windows. In the older part of the cottage there are two further bedrooms. One with a double bed and the other with a single bed. The modern bathroom has a free-standing bath and a walk-in shower. The cottage has all modern conveniences including under floor heating. There is also a small electric stove for ambiance. There is a small utility space with a washing machine and dryer.
Parking is on the street or in the church car park close by. Can be rented on its own or together with Rose Cottage accommodating up to 8 guests - perfect for family and friends travelling together but still wanting their own space. You are welcome to bring your dog.
