Welcome to Ballywalter Beach House where everything you need is at your finger tips. Located in the heart of Ballywalter, right at the seafront, our Tourism Northern Ireland Certified property has everything required for a fun filled, action packed family holiday. The property is close by to shops, food outlets and multiple leisure facilities as well as, Ballywalter’s very own Blue Flag beach.

The Space

This property is perfect for couples or families looking to explore the Ards Peninsula.

Boasting three bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single) with ample storage facilities, the property can accommodate up to five people. 

With a modern bathroom, equipped with electric shower, a spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen and dining area, our house has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If desired, guests have use of picnic table and chairs that can be used outside in our sheltered courtyard as well a reasonable sized lawn area at both the front and rear of the property. 

Wi-Fi and Smart TV features available for all guests at no extra charge with access to washing machine, fridge freezer and cooking facilities.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire property for the duration of the stay. 
Free on street car parking outside property.
Guests can access property through use of fitted keypad. Host will message access details upon booking.

Other things to note

Our kitchen is equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer toaster, kettle, mini acti fryer and electric tin opener.
The property comes with newly fitted fire alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and two fire blankets.  
Guests can avail of dinner plates, side plates, soup bowls, mugs, glasses, utensils, cutlery, saucepans, tea pot and coffee pot. We also supply tea, coffee, salt and vinegar. Guests also have use of kitchen roll, fairy liquid, liquid soap, tea towels and dish washing cloths.  

Guests can enjoy use of our oil fire central heating system. TVs can be found in the living room, kitchen and the two double bedrooms. 

Bedrooms equipped with all bed linen, duvets and towels. 
Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, travel cot, high chair, toddler toilet seat, over radiator clothes dryers also provided.  Bathroom comes with toilet roll and shower gel.

Go a little further along the Ards Peninsula...

Head out to Portavogie (10 mins) to see the fishing boats and taste top quality, freshly caught seafood

Drive along the coast to Portaferry (20 mins) and visit Exploris Aquarium, the sites from BBC show Bloodlands and catch the ferry across the lough to Strangford

Greyabbey (5 mins) is only a short drive away with its antique shops, ruined abbey and Harrisons restaurant

Donaghadee (15 mins) has a wide variety of shops, cafes and of course the setting for BBC drama Hope Street

The city of Bangor (20 mins), Newtownards (18 mins) and Belfast (40 mins) are well worth a visit if in Northern Ireland for the first time
