Puglia, Italy Tasting Experience Olive by Cafolla's

Olive by Cafolla's, 23 Main Street, Greyabbey, County Down, BT22 2NF
Olive by Cafolla's

About

Join us at Olive by Cafolla's in Greyabbey for a special tasting experience inspired by the flavours, traditions and ingredients of Puglia, Southern Italy.

The evening begins with a welcome drink, before guests are taken on a journey through Puglia with a carefully created six-course tasting menu celebrating the food and culinary traditions of the region.

Alongside the six courses, guests will enjoy five curated regional wines, specially selected to complement the menu and showcase the wines of the region. Each pairing has been chosen to enhance the flavours of the food and introduce guests to some of the distinctive wines produced in this part of Southern Italy.

More than simply a tasting menu, the evening is designed as an Italian food, wine and storytelling experience. Throughout the night, the courses and wines will be interspersed with stories of Italian migration to Ireland, with a particular focus on the Cafolla and Magliocco families, their journey from Italy and the heritage that continues to influence Olive today.

Our regional tasting experiences give us the opportunity to explore a different part of Italy through its food and wine, while also sharing some of the history behind our own Italian roots.

Advance booking is essential.
