All flat surfaces on hard concrete. Activities are located on concrete surface which is of even/level terrain.
Sustainability | We encourage visitors to travel via public transport. Please dispose of rubbish at the recycling stations provided. Read more about Sustainability
Recycling | Please help us continue our sustainability commitment to zero contamination at events by using the recycling stations. There will be team members from Recycling on hand to provide advice and help you put your rubbish in the correct bin.
Medical Services | Professional first aid and medical cover will be provided throughout the event by a qualified medical services provider. Event staff, stewards and security personnel will be briefed on how to summon medical assistance quickly. In the event of a serious medical incident, on-site medical teams will liaise directly with the Emergency Services and Event Control.
Access to performances | A designated accessible viewing area will be available close to the stage for attendees with disabilities, mobility requirements and their companions. Event staff will be available to assist attendees in locating the accessible viewing area and other facilities.
Viewing areas operate on a first-come, first-served basis and attendees are encouraged to arrive early for peak performances.
Stewards and security personnel will be present throughout the event to assist with crowd management and audience safety. Clear signage will be provided throughout the site to assist attendees in accessing event facilities and performance areas.
Strobe Lighting | No strobe lighting is planned for this performance. The event will utilise professional stage lighting as part of the live performances. Lighting effects may include moving lights or colour changes, however no strobe lighting will be used. Amplified music and large crowds may create a high sensory environment at certain times during the event.
Parents, guardians and carers are encouraged to consider the sensory needs of those in their care when attending the event. Ear defenders or other personal sensory aids are recommended for attendees who may be sensitive to loud music or crowd noise. Sensory aids will not be available on site.
