Our paddle boarding / efoiling school aims to provide lessons that everyone can enjoy regardless of their age, size or ability.

Sup also provides one of the safest and fun ways to get on the water. We will utilize the safe zone in Donaghadee, Groomsport and Millisle for lessons. This will provide you with your very own little bit of “blue space”. We believe in supporting local business were possible and will always strive to partner with local and UK brands.
