Each February, the NI Science Festival brings science, technology, engineering, the arts and maths to life through an inspiring programme of events across Northern Ireland. Since its launch in 2015, the festival has grown into one of the largest celebrations of science in the UK and Ireland, offering everything from hands‑on workshops and family‑friendly activities to thought‑provoking talks, exhibitions, film screenings and unique experiences.
At its heart, the festival is all about sparking curiosity - connecting leading scientists, creators and innovators with people of all ages, and showcasing how science shapes our world, from our health and environment to creativity and cutting‑edge research. Whether you’re discovering dinosaurs for the first time or diving deeper into the mysteries of the universe, the festival invites everyone to explore, question and be inspired.
