Set within the grounds of Castle Espie House dating back to 1860, this cosy first floor apartment is located down a quiet laneway leading to the shores of Strangford Lough.

The apartment has one double bedroom, shower room, kitchen and sitting room with double sofa bed. All rooms overlook a private lake with views extending to the Lough and the neighbouring wader lakes at Castle Espie Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust.

Our property is ideally located for exploring the Lough and surrounding countryside and is only five minutes from the historic town of Comber. If tranquility is what you are looking for with kingfishers and wildfowl as neighbours, then please do come visit.
