Tour departs from the Jetty beside Pickie Funpark, Bangor

A Summer Solstice escape or a great Father’s Day gift

Skipper Brian Meharg will navigate Bangor's beautiful coastline while telling you some salty tales. Then sit back, relax and be entertained by local musicians, Clanreagh.

You will be sure to have a healthy appetite after your cruise, so why not make a day of it and enjoy lunch in one of the city's inviting restaurants?

 


Things to note
No concessions.

Participants who are under 18 years must pay for a ticket and be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Minimum age 4 years old.

Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for the boat trip.

The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

No toilets on the boat.

Closest toilets are located at Pickie Funpark.

Tickets close 24 hours before.

 

Getting there

By car: From Belfast follow A2 to Bangor City Centre. Best to use local car park facilities near to the seafront area. Pickie Funpark area and the jetty is accessible by foot via Queen’s Parade and the promenade, BT20 5AG.

By public transport: Train or bus to Bangor Station, located in the city centre. From the station walk straight out of the main entrance, heading down Main Street (past The Ava) and walk approximately 10-15 minutes down Main Street, taking a left along Queen’s Parade parallel to the seafront, and along the promenade for approximately another 10 minutes, bringing you to the Pickie Funpark area and the jetty, BT20 5AG.
