About

Join Tessa Ann, founder of The Sound Healing Spa, for a special Summer Equinox Sound Spa Retreatt at the iconic Temple of the Winds, Mount Stewart.

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a seasonal turning point and a natural invitation to pause, gather your energy, and step into the summer season with greater presence and intention.

The experience begins with Tessa’s signature Sound Spa Experience, thoughtfully designed to create a contained and restorative space for deep rest, spacious awareness, and gentle recalibration.

Using carefully selected live sound, including singing bowls, gentle percussion, and spacious periods of stillness, Tessa creates an environment that invites you to soften, settle, and experience a deeper sense of pause within this extraordinary heritage setting.

Following the sound experience, guests will have time to gently re-emerge, integrate their experience, and enjoy a light seasonal lunch prepared by the Mount Stewart team.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy access to Mount Stewart’s gardens following the experience, should they wish to extend their visit and continue enjoying the surroundings at their own pace.

No prior experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the space to rest.
