About

Sudor Wellness, a leading wellness centre specializing in a traditional Sauna experience, alongside leading practitioners in Yoga, mindfulness, and holistic health, are running multiple events spanning 3 days at the wonderful National Trust estate. You now have the chance to engage in wellness activities that will rejuvenate their minds and bodies, all while immersing yourselves in the rich history and stunning landscapes the estate has to offer.

On Friday morning there is the Breath, Ice & Fire experience with Elemental Breathwork. Here you will start with meditation to prepare you for the Ice bath. A guided Ice bath, followed by the heat of the Sauna to fully reset body & mind.  Additionally throughout Friday we have a Relax: Traditional Sauna Experiences at Sudor basecamp. Throughout the guided session, you will use löyly steam to stimulate your body & mind, the vihta birch twigs to increase circulation and finally cold crash in the plunge pool and with the plunge bucket to stream your endorphins to every nerve ending.

On Saturday morning we Relax: Traditional Sauna Experiences at Sudor basecamp. Also join us on Saturday afternoon for Unwind: Yoga & Sauna retreat. Allow certified Yoga instructor, Emma Hart, to share the art of of Vinyasa Yoga at Sudor Basecamp. Sessions are dynamic, fun and free-flowing and will make you feel strong, empowered and also deliciously relaxed. Then fully emerge yourself in nature with a woodfired sauna and plunge pool and buckets.

On Sunday morning are back with the Relax: Traditional Sauna Experiences at Sudor basecamp. On Sunday afternoon we are bringing together 3 things that make you feel brilliant and let's face it are seriously good craic. A Spa facial, at Sudor basecamp, using the award-winning Temple Spa products instructed by Julie-Ann Bailie. You will cleanse your face, apply a wonderful marine mud face mask, then enter the Sauna and plunge. Cleanse your body, inside and out.
