The Sound Healing Spa in the Graffan Room at WWT Castle Espie

About

This event is organised by and was submitted by the The Sound Healing Spa

Enjoy the unique surroundings of WWT Castle Espie after hours for this Mother's Day Sound Spa Experience with your host, Tessa Ann, marking the beginning of the spring season.

The event will take place in the Graffan Room at this Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust venue.

Overlooking the garden, ponds, and Strangford Lough, you can relax and unwind to the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and drums, complemented by Tessa's voice and the unique calls of the sanctuary's wildlife in this beautiful nature reserve setting. Nature gifts us messages, as do the birds. You may even encounter your totem animal.

Light refreshments will be served, giving you time to reflect on your experience and take in the stunning surroundings. During this time, you are free to step out into the gardens or onto the viewing platform for the ponds.

Following your sound experience, you are welcome to chat with a member of the Castle Espie team about the wondrous wildlife that visit this wetlands site.
