Hotbox Festive Sauna at Groomsport

Groomsport Harbour, Bangor, County Down, BT19 6JP
4 people relax in a warmly lit sauna at a night time

About

Join HotBox this Christmas and New Year for a wild sea sauna at Groomsport Harbour. Our authentic Finnish wood-burning sauna is the perfect antidote to the winter chill.

Sweat it out in the heat, then plunge into the harbour for an invigorating dip, and do it all over again.  Each round of hot and cold sets off a natural rush of endorphins, leaving you glowing, relaxed and ready for the festivities. Every session ends with a warming festive drink to keep the merriment going.

Festive sessions run on 24th, 26th, 27th, 31st December and 1st, 2nd, 3rd January, with one-hour slots from 09:00  through to 16:00.

Shared sessions seat up to eight people, making it a great way to meet fellow sea swimmers, or you can book the sauna privately for your own group of friends or family.

Price: Tickets are £22 per person

What to bring: swimwear, two towels (one to dry off, one to sit on), a water bottle, a warm robe or coat and sandals. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, as your session time includes changing.

Looking for a gift? HotBox vouchers make the perfect present for the sea swimmer, wellness fan or hard-to-buy-for friend in your life.

Spaces are limited and popular dates are already filling, so book early.

Come and make this Christmas a warm one.
