About

Bangor has a wide range of health and wellness services, with specialiasts that attract clients from across the country and beyond. So we are bringing them together for a Health and Wellbeing event on Thursday 17th September from 4-7pm at The Old Markethouse on Main Street in Bangor.

This free, drop-in event, gives you the chance to talk to health and wellness experts, have a go at our taster exercise sessions and mindfullness activities, and even learn life-saving skills.

Ginger + Berry will be there with their Matcha and Protein Balls for you to purchase, and if you've not tried them yet then you are missing out!

The line up includes:

Aurora Leisure Centre - free body composition analysis and taster exercise sessions
