Road Directions

Saint Columbus Church in Bangor on the B21 Groomsport Road is the starting point. From Belfast, the easiest way to the start, which avoids heavier traffic in the town centre, is the B20 / High Street / B21 route, coming off the A2 dual carriageway as it enters Bangor and turning left rather than continuing straight into the centre. From Newtonards and further south, take the A21 to Bangor and turn left onto the West Circular Road to connect up with the B20. But if in the town centre, take Abbey Street and Main Street down towards the harbour and then turn right onto High Street / B21.
