Versatile home with central heating throughout, ideal for family gathering.  Set in countryside approximately 0.6 miles from historic harbour town of Donaghadee: close to Bangor (5 miles) and Newtownards (6 miles) and Belfast (15 miles).  Former farm house with gardens front and rear, plenty of parking.  Comprises of a well equipped kitchen with kitchen table (seat 6 - 8), Belfast sink, gas hob, electric oven, TV, microwave, toaster and kettle with sufficient cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for 10 plus guests. Utility room with washing machine, large fridge freezer, iron, ironing board and hoover etc. Sun room with TV and wood burner with bi-fold door opening onto suntrap patio with chairs, BBQ and fire pit. Down stairs shower room. Dining room with open fire and table to sit 10. Lounge with TV and gas fire.  Principal bedroom with king size bed. TV and en-suite shower room.  3 other double bedrooms and family bathroom.

Road Directions

From Newtownards: follow Movilla Road (signposted Carrowdore), stay on road until past Ballyvester village. Carry on to the top of the hill and the entrance is on the right.

From Donaghadee: exit Donaghadee heading South to Millisle and immediately take the first right turn (opposite the Baptist Church) onto the Killaughey Road. Carry on past the cricket pitch, up the hill. over the bridge and at te top of the hill you will pass a farm entrance with a vending machine. the entrance to the house is 50 metres further on the left
