This event is part of Taste Summer in Ards and North Down, organised by Kiri Cottage Crafts.

This workshop involves the process of using peg looms and simple weaving frames, together with a variety of coloured fibres, yarns and fabrics to create unique pieces of wall art.

This will be a fun, creative workshop, no experience needed, and all equipment and materials will be provided.

Just bring yourself and your enthusiasm!

Suitable for age 12+ and all under 18's to be accompanied by an adult.

There will be a maximum of 6 in the class – why not treat yourself and a friend?

Tea, coffee and homemade cakes and scones included in the cost of the workshop, which is based in my workshop, close to the shores of Strangford Lough.

From Newtownards, head towards Portaferry. you will drive through Greyabbey, then Kircubbin. approximately 4 miles from Kircubbin, you will see Loughdoo Road on your left. pass the house on the courner, the bungalow on the left, and my house is the next on your left
