About

Celebrate Craft, Culture and Community and The Old Market House’s Autumn Artisan Market.

Join us on Saturday 13th September for a vibrant celebration of creativity and heritage at the Old Market House, as part of European Heritage Day. This special event brings together talented local makers, artists and food producers for a day of discovery, shopping and storytelling in the heart of our historic town.

Artisan Market

From 12-5pm, explore a curated selection of stalls featuring handmade ceramics, original artwork, textiles, jewellery, and gourmet treats. Whether you're looking for a one-of-a-kind gift or simply want to support local talent, there’s something for everyone.

European Heritage Day Highlights

Step inside the Old Market House and uncover the rich history of our community through pop-up exhibition called the Hearts of Bangor. Learn about the building’s past, its role in local trade, and the stories that shaped our town.

Live Music and Family Fun

Enjoy live performances from local musicians, family-friendly activities, and seasonal refreshments throughout the day. It’s the perfect way to welcome autumn with friends and neighbours.
