About
Part of Shorelife Celebration
Take time to slow down, reconnect with nature, and nurture your wellbeing during this therapeutic photography workshop set within the stunning gardens of Mount Stewart.
Suitable for all experience levels, from complete beginners using a smartphone to experienced photographers with a digital camera. This workshop focuses on the therapeutic benefits of photography rather than achieving technically perfect images.
Through a series of gentle, guided activities, you'll use photography as a creative method for mindfulness, self-expression, and reflection. By observing the natural world with intention, you'll be encouraged to notice the colours, textures, patterns, light, and seasonal beauty that often go unseen in everyday life.
The tranquil surroundings of Mount Stewart Gardens provide the ideal environment to pause, engage your senses, reduce stress, and develop a deeper connection with both nature and yourself. Whether you're seeking relaxation, creative inspiration, or a new way to support your mental wellbeing, this workshop offers a welcoming and restorative experience.
