Open House Festival has added to its summer programme of events with the first ever Bangor Blues & Jazz Week.

Supported by Ards and North Down Borough Council and sponsored by Beamish, The Bangor Blues & Jazz Week runs from 18th – 26th August, and features more than fifty live music events, most of which are free.

Forty-plus free events in ten pubs and venues across the city centre will form a Bangor Blues & Jazz Trail over the August Bank Holiday weekend. And from Monday 18th August until Tuesday 26th, there will be an additional fifteen ticketed events in the Court House and Bangor Castle Walled Garden under the Blues and Jazz banner.
