Enjoy a tour at Orlock Farm, near the village of Groomsport, where the Alexander Family use regenerative farming methods and 'Mob Grazing' to work with nature to breed their Dexter Cows.  The Alexanders are passionate about regenerative farming and invite you to 'Meet the Mob', their herd of cattle – they all have names you know!  After, an artisan picnic awaits you, prepared by Nina Cristinacce, Lightfoot Kitchen, based in Bangor.  Sit back and enjoy the views as you relax in this beautiful space.

Please note: Picnic tables and rugs will be provided. This is an outdoor event, please dress for the weather.

Food allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements | Please ensure that you check with all members of your party regarding food allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements prior to booking tickets. It is the responsibility of the ticketholder to inform the supplier about food allergies, intolerances and specific dietary requirements.  This must be done at least 1 week before the experience (by Saturday 2 September), but preferably at the time of booking, by emailing Lightfoot - cristinaccenina@gmail.com.

Under 18’s may attend and must purchase a ticket. There are no concessions. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by at least one paying adult.

Useful information:

Please note: Tables, chairs and rugs will be provided. This is an outdoor event, please dress for the weather. Farmland terrain - Ensure suitable footwear e.g. wellies or flat shoes, that you don’t mind getting muddy! Terrain is generally flat but uneven ground. This experience includes walking approximately 350 metres each way to the dining site.

Getting there: *Please include the address only in Sat Nav/Maps - 26 Orlock Road, the Postcode will not bring you to the farm.

Parking | Available  - further details and directions will be emailed before the event.

Accessibility | Surfaces - farm fields. Whilst flat they are uneven.
