About

Kneading Yoga

Do you ‘knead’ some time for you?

In the beautiful surroundings of Tracey’s Farmhouse Kitchen on the shores of Strangford Lough, this restorative yoga experience will allow you to completely switch off.  Natalie, from Nomad Yoga NI has over 11 years extensive international experience in yoga & wellness will guide you through a one hour Yin Yoga session which is slow paced and more meditative,

Yin yoga applies gentle pressure to the connective tissues and poses are sustained for a length of time, therefore giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body that will leave you feeling like you’ve also ‘’kneaded’’ the tension & knots out of your back.

You’ll have worked up an appetite and the aroma from Traceys kitchen will call you in to enjoy homemade breads and her delicious cake. You’ll enjoy these treats with tea and coffee in cosy surroundings and good company!  This experience is not to be missed.
