About
Join Victoria Millar, Senior Curator of History, for a talk on the Tea Lane Houses. Discover what life was like for those who lived here, and explore the research happening behind the scenes.
For the next iteration of 'Homes in Focus', we’ll be gathering in the Ballyvollen Houses. Originally located on the banks of the Glenavy River close to its entry point to Lough Neagh, the houses originated from a 17th-century cruck framed house. Brothers, Hugh and William McGarry, who were both Lough Neagh fishermen, lived in the houses in the early 1900s.
Hear more about them and their families as part of this talk.
