Heart of Sound – Sound Bath Experience for World Sound Healing Day

Mount Stewart, Comber, Newtownards, County Down, BT23 6EA
The Sound Healing Spa in the Function Room at Mount Stewart

About

This event is organised by and was submitted by the The Sound Healing Spa

Join Tessa Ann from The Sound Healing Spa for a deeply nourishing Sound Bath Experience at Mount Stewart, held on World Sound Healing Day, which beautifully coincides with St Valentine's Day. A day devoted to love, connection and the heart.

February is the month of the heart, and this special session is lovingly themed around love, compassion and heart-centred awareness. You are invited to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself and with others. In the calm and welcoming surroundings of Mount Stewart's function room.

After the sound bath, you are invited to spend time in the gardens of Mount Stewart, allowing the experience to gently settle and integrate.

You will be guided through a soothing sound journey using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and other therapeutic sound instruments, all played with the intention of opening and supporting the heart.

This session is suitable whether you are attending alone, with a friend, or as part of a shared Valentine's experience. A reminder of what to bring will be sent by email after booking.

What happens during a Sound Bath Experience?
During the Sound Bath Experience, Tessa will play a range of therapeutic sound instruments, including Tibetan and crystal singing bowls for deep relaxation, a drum for grounding, and gentle percussion instruments such as shakers and rain sticks to gradually awaken the body at the end of the session.

Tessa will introduce how different types of therapeutic sound and musical instruments can affect the body when played with the intention of relaxation and healing.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (if you don't have one Tessa will have some spare).
