Ruth McGinley: Glass and Beyond

An informal concert of moving minimalist music with pianist Ruth McGinley, as she performs a programme centred on the works of Philip Glass. Ruth's career has been wide-ranging and daring, collaborating with some of the most acclaimed musicians working today, and straying from the typical classical-pianist journey. In 2024 she was awarded the Arts Council of Northern Ireland Major Individual Artist Award.

The ‘Leave No Trace’ message will be discussed along the paddle as will the effects of local damage to wildlife and habitats along our rivers and coastlines by some of NI’s wildlife experts and environmentalists.
