Know your Worth - "Inspiring Yarns", a Newtownards social enterprise, runs textile arts courses to support mental health, reduce isolation, and create pathways into heritage textile work.

Be Here - This exhibition is a collaborative piece funded by QUB and Mount Stewart. It focuses on wellbeing and mental health and how Heritage and Ecology can make us all feel belonging and better.

Ards Visitor Information Centre opening hours:

During the time of the exhibition

Mon - Fri 9.15am – 5pm
Sat 9.30am – 5pm. Closed for lunch 12.15pm – 1pm (Saturdays only)
Sunday Closed
