Saturday
11.50am to 12.10pm | Crawford’s Rock
Harvests wild seaweed from the pristine waters of the County Down coast, transforming this natural resource into award-winning seasonings, salts, sea moss products, teas and culinary ingredients. Drawing on over 300 years of family heritage, the business champions sustainability/y, innovation and the nutritional benefits of locally harvested seaweed.
12.10pm to 1.30pm | Pure Greek
Bringing the authentic taste of Greece to Northern Ireland, Pure Greek offers premium, single-origin extra virgin olive oils sourced directly from family groves in the Peloponnese. From award-winning olive oils to distinctive infused varieties, every product celebrates quality, provenance and traditional Greek flavours.
3.20pm to 3.40pm | Annie’s Delights
An award-winning artisan food business producing handmade jams, chutneys, marmalades, curds and baked goods in small batches using locally sourced produce. Founded by Ann Marie Collins, the business is known for traditional recipes, quality ingredients and a commitment to reducing food waste.

11.50am to 12.10pm | Habanero Steve’s
Habanero Steve’s creates artisan hot sauces, chilli jams, chutneys and pickles using home-grown chillies and carefully selected ingredients, delivering bold flavours and award-worthy heat for chilli lovers.
2pm to 2.20pm | Curly Pigs
The Curly Pigs is a family-run artisan charcuterie producer rearing rare Royal Mangalitsa pigs outdoors in the woodlands of Fermanagh. Using high welfare, sustainable farming methods, they craft award-winning salami, chorizo, nduja and cured meats renowned for their rich flavour, exceptional marbling and traditional small-batch production.
4.10pm to 4.30pm | Cha Dodo
Cha Dodo is an award-winning speciality tea retailer based in Newtownards, sourcing ethically produced loose-leaf teas directly from artisan growers around the world and offering carefully curated teas that celebrate quality, provenance and craftsmanship.

From 11am–5pm each day (unless otherwise noted), the Walled Garden will be buzzing with creativity, crafts, and family activities:
Bangor Horticultural Society - Selling veg and plants at the walled garden. Fresh, seasonal vegetables and expert growing tips from passionate gardeners.
Face Painting - with Funky Fun
Meet Eastwell Farm’s Alpacas - meet and greet these gentle, friendly animals beside the Willow area.
Rise & Shine Wellbeing will be bringing their sensory yoga and Chiball sessions to the garden, and autumn craft activities, on both days.
And, of course, don’t miss our Chilli Display from Hanna Nurseries - explore a stunning showcase of colourful chilli plants in the Glasshouse.

The Conservation Volunteers | Dive into the woodland with TCV and their nature activities in Castle Park. Expect movement, discovery, and plenty of hands‑on moments as their team gets everyone exploring, creating, and connecting with the wild spaces around you.
Drop in with the Ulster Wildlife team as they shine a light on the creatures that keep our green spaces thriving.
Boom! Studios | Fiery creative activities for all ages including: Red Hot Macramé (Older children & adults), a guided sit-down activity to create chilli-inspired keyrings or tassels — a fiery keepsake to treasure
