The Echlinville Distillery in Newtownards is Ireland’s first farm distillery. They craft their spirits from the ground up, on land they have farmed for generations. Every drop is trickle pot distilled to perfection from barley sown, grown, harvested and malted by hand on the family farm.

From the moment visitors set foot inside Tracey and Joe’s 17th Century thatched cottage, they will feel welcome. They will want to taste traditional Irish breads and then make their own. They will want to see the beauty of Ballymorran Bay and understand the strong connection to the simple ways of the past that still flourish in this unspoilt, perfect part of Ireland.
