About

Our new chef Stephen Mawhinney has worked as a chef for 13 years. His career has taken him from the Stables, Fontana and Deanes to the Goats Toe via Cliveden House and The Torridon.

He describes his memu as good pub food designed and cooked in his own style. We think it fits perfectly with the vibe of the Goats Toe.

He has worked alongside the likes of Derek Creagh and Daniel Galmiche who taught him the importance of taste, presentation and using local seasonal produce.
