An annual night of Christmas celebrations

The Snowman™ and The Snowdog will help Santa light up Bangor this festive season.
There will be plenty of festive fun on offer at Bangor seafront, Project 24 and North Down Museum. Expect family fun, food and craft market and seasonal entertainment all leading to the lights switch on at McKee Clock arena with extra special guests The Snowman™ and The Snowdog followed by a fireworks finale.

10am - 4.30pm | North Down Museum
Christmas market, also open Sunday 12noon-4.30pm
12noon - 4.30pm | Project 24
'Rock around the Roller Disco' roller rink at Project 24, £2 adults £1 children (tickets must be purchased in advance). As well as an abundance of things to do that the kids will love and Santa himself will be there to meet the little ones.
12noon - 7pm | McKee Clock Arena
Christmas market and vintage carousel
1pm - 3pm | Translink
Enjoy Christmas carols performed by local school choirs hourly.
3.30pm-4.30pm | McKee Clock Arena
Ards Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann (Ards CCE), featuring many All-Ireland local medalists performing traditional and festive tunes.
1pm - 4pm | Main Street, My street
- Face painting, balloon modelling and Christmas crafts, along with The Snowman™ and The Snowdog appearing at intervals in Main Street throughout the day
- 5.15pm departs Town Hall, childrens lantern parade through the town centre leading the way for Santa and his sleigh.
5.30pm | McKee Clock Arena
The big switch on of the Christmas Tree lights will be at 5.30pm by the Mayor, Alderman Bill Keery, Santa and very special guests, The Snowman™ and The Snowdog, followed by the spectacular annual fireworks display [best viewing spots, along the coastal path and promenade.
