Sea Bangor Celebrates the Platinum Jubilee Demo Kitchen

Sea Bangor Celebrates the Platinum Jubilee took place on Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 June 2022, a fantastic free family event to celebrate Her Majesty The Queen's reign over the seven decades.

Celebrity chef Jean-Christophe Novelli MBE, from Novelli at City Quays, joined SERC Chefs and special guests as they demonstrated dishes of the decades in the Demo Kitchen on Eisenhower Pier as well as sharing top culinary tips from this multi-award-winning chef and answers to all your cookery questions.

Jean-Christophe Novelli MBE is a multi-Michelin star and 5/5 AA Rosette winning chef, author, and restaurateur who is known around the world for his amazing cooking artistry. It will be a great opportunity to gather some cooking tips and tricks from the best in the business while also celebrating food from the past 70 years.
