About

This event is organised by and was submitted by Rise and Shine Wellbeing

Join me at the fabulous Steiner School grounds in Holywood for an afternoon of spooky yoga/crafts and outdoor play (we have some sheltered areas outside)

We start with some fun family Halloween yoga in the hall, think spider poses and bat poses, lots of movement and magic.

We will then be making some take home crafts, having some refreshments and treats before heading out to the natural play area for the firepit and toasting marshmallows! We will have some free play in nature, den building, mandala making or flying on branch brooms or mixing potions, the possibilities are endless!

This is about making space and time for your family, in a lovely setting. The numbers will be limited and there will be a relaxed atmosphere so this will be a SEN friendly event.

The aim of Family We-Treats is to provide experiences that nurture families, connect families with each other, connect body and mind and connect with nature.
