The event will take place across a number of surfaces at different heights, including hard concrete, grass, woodland and a floored marquee.

Sustainability | We encourage visitors to travel via public transport. Please dispose of rubbish at the recycling stations provided. Leave no trace.

Recycling  | There will be a designated re-cycling area located at the hot food section of the event. When disposing of rubbish please use the recycling stations when on-site. Please help us continue our sustainability commitment to zero contamination at events by using the correct bin. There will be event staff on hand to provide advice and help you put your rubbish in the correct bin.

Accessible Toilets  | Portaloos and disable toilet facilities will be available on site, situated at the top of the North Down Museum car park and adjacent to the west lawn, at the back of Bangor Castle.

Outside of that, you can find more toilets within North Down Museum (free admission) and there are also public toilets located in the lower car park of Castle Park below the Castle Forecourt, and at the Park and Ride Car park opposite Bangor Translink centre close to the site.

At Chilli Festival in Bangor Castle Walled Garden, you will find public toilets within the grounds, located beside the coffee shop. Find out more here - Bangor Castle Walled Garden | AccessAble

Directional signage | Directional signage will be in place throughout the site to guide you to various areas including entertainment, toilets, recycling, First Aid points, Information Area, there will also be members of event staff available to help you with directions or event information.

Medical Services | St John's Ambulance will be onsite for the duration of the event to assist with any health-related incidents. 

At the Chilli Festival in Bangor Castle Walled Garden, there will be a First Aid Point beside Coffee Cure.

Access to performances | Sign Language Audio Description are not offered currently.

Dogs | We would advise dog owners this is an extremely busy site with large crowds and loud noises and recommend you do not bring your dog onto the site. If you do plan to attend with your dog, dogs should be kept on a short lead. Owners must clean up after their dogs and dispose of the waste in the appropriate bins. Water bowls will be provided. Please note, no dogs will be permitted within indoor spaces.

Trained Assistance Dogs | Guide and other trained assistance dogs are welcome, please be advised this is an extremely busy site with large crowds. 

Stay sun safe | If we have the fortune of sunny weather, please protect yourself with sun cream, hats and hydrate when at the event. 

Strobe Lighting | There will be no strobe lighting at the event.
