Ingredients:
Variety of Mash Direct Mash (Heat according to instructions)
- Mashed Potato
- Champ
- Colcannon
- Carrot and Parsnip
Sausages from Stonebridge
Twist each sausage in half to produce two sausages. Cook.
Variety of Habernero Steve’s relish
- Mexican Slammer
- Mango Mango
- Smokin’ Chipotle Relish
- Pyro Peach
Method:
Chopped parsley and chives to serve
Divide the cooked sausages into four and spoon a different Habernero Steve’s relish over each one. Stir to cover. Replace in the oven for a couple of minutes until sticky.
Spoon the different mashes in little piles over a large serving dish.
Place the sausages on top of the different mashes. Keeping each flavour separate.
