About

The Royal Society of Ulster Architects (RSUA) invites you to attend an architect-led tour of the Walled Garden in Helen's Bay from 11:00 to 12:00 on 13 September 2025. The garden will be open from 11am until 1pm. The tour will be delivered by Stephen Villiers of Alan Patterson Design Architects. There is no charge to attend, but pre-booking is essential. From a neglected space, the journey so far, to rejuvenate a historic Walled Garden back to a working entity. The phased development works have seen the refurbishment and repurposing of existing ancillary structures, alongside the propagation of organic vegetable and flower production, as well as establishing a new environmental setting to support the developing eco-system.
