This Halloween we invite you to join us at Pickie Funpark to explore our pumpkin patch and jump onboard the Pickie Puffer Ghost Train with zombie conductor. After a ghostly train ride, make your way to our Halloween pumpkin patch! Once you have found your perfect pumpkin, you can take it to our designated carving area where our staff will be there to help you create your masterpiece.

Geocaching is an exciting outdoor adventure for the whole family and Mount Stewart demesne is full of hidden digital treasure. All you need is a hand-held GPS or smartphone and a sense of adventure. See how many treasures you can sniff out with our unique self-led Geocaching experience.

Drumawhey Junction Railway
Halloween Ghost Trains: Sunday 1 November. Build new memories with your family and enjoy a fun trip to Drumawhey Junction Railway, Ireland’s longest 7 1/4 inch railway, and experience the atmosphere of a full size traditional railway. This is a miniature railway operating steam, petrol and diesel hydraulic and electric locomotives.
This event is dependent on Covid 19 restrictions and the weather. Please check Drumawhey Junction Railway’s Facebook page before setting out.

Open on Saturday's only, 10am - 5pm for pottery decorating, retail shop and Eden at Home collection and drop off. (***Extension to hours for half-term: opening Friday 30 and Saturday 31 October 10am - 5pm***)
Eden at Home: Pottery decorating boxes are available for collection and return every Saturday.
- Call or pm then choose the pieces for your box there's lots to choose, from mugs to plates, bowls and more.
- Confirm what theme you would like your sponge packs to be.
- Call to Eden Pottery and pick up and take home and enjoy creative fun.
Minimum four items per box, collection and drop off only, box contents with exception of your pottery remain the property of Eden Pottery and are rented for one week from collection.
October Outdoors is an exciting adventure challenge, with a new challenge and new place to explore every week for the month of October. This is DIY orienteering - all you need is your phone, an orienteering map and a sense of adventure!
Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, no touch points and plenty of fresh air.
