26th November 2025

We’re excited to share the next chapter of The Sound Healing Spa, founded by Northern Ireland sound practitioner and wellbeing innovator Tessa Ann, now based at Castle Espie, Comber, beside the beautiful Strangford Lough and neighbouring the award-winning WWT Castle Espie Wetland Centre.
Currently featured in Tourism NI’s “Giant Awakening” campaign, Tessa’s work highlights how the sounds of our natural landscapes — from tidal rhythms to birdsong — can support relaxation, connection and overall wellbeing.
The Sound Healing Spa offers:

The serene surroundings of Strangford Lough provide the ideal backdrop for these sensory-led wellbeing experiences, inviting locals and visitors alike to pause, breathe and reconnect.

As part of its continued development, The Sound Healing Spa is committed to sustainability, accessibility and inclusivity, and works closely with tourism venue partners who support and uphold these values. Recognised as an Embrace A Giant Spirit Tourism Experience Provider, the Spa continues to grow, with exciting new innovations planned for 2026.
