    SOLD OUT A brunch experience where plants are the star of the show. Diners will enjoy creative, homemade food and drinks; and take home some sustainable tips and recipes.

      Join Tracey and learn how to make your own Soda and Potato breads. You’ll gather your own organic eggs from the Hen house and you’ll cook your eggs, breads and sausages from our organically reared Pigs. You’ll sit around the Farmhouse Kitchen table with a big mug of tea or coffee and you’ll tuck into an Ulster Fry - from field to fork!

        SOLD OUT Paddle with a purpose and do your bit for the environment. Join us for a beach & island clean up on Strangford Lough. The ‘Leave No Trace’ message will be discussed along the paddle as will the effects of local damage to wildlife and habitats along our rivers and coastlines by some of NI’s wildlife experts and environmentalists.

          SOLD OUT Lorraine will lead the group on a guided tour giving some insights into sustainable organic farming and gardening practices employed in the Walled Garden all of which work in partnership with the garden’s rich biodiversity and can be applied to domestic gardens.

            A 2 hour SUP session with insights into seaside sustainability followed by a Hotel Tour with Sustainability Hacks and a Showcase of local food and drink with a chance to enjoy snacks based on local foods accompanied by a full size drink based on your favourite from the showcase.

              Join local expert tour guide, Brigid Watson from Sustainable Journeys Ireland on a dander around Castle Espie and learn about the fascinating history and heritage of this site on the shores of Strangford Lough. Listen to the beautiful birdsong and enjoy the opportunity to get close to Ireland’s largest collection of native and exotic birds, ducks and geese. Enjoy amazing stories of life on and around the lough through the centuries as you drink in the beauty all around you.
