Ideally situated in the lively town of Newtownards, located on the same terrace as the Strangford Arms Hotel, this serviced self-catering 2 bedroom house features all the modern conveniences, including free WiFi, a fully fitted kitchen, living/ dining/ reception area with a 32" digital TV, DVD and direct dial telephone. Guests are provided with housekeeping services and access to facilities in the hotel and LeWinters Bistro, Bar & Restaurant.

Car parking is free of charge and available on the hotel premises or on street.

The house is a non-smoking property, however it has a closed outdoor yard where guests can enjoy their own private seating area and smoke freely if desired. This area is safe and secure for children but pets are not permitted. The house also has two single sofa beds for extra guests, and cots and high chairs are available on request. This type of accommodation combines the freedom, flexibility and privacy of a house with the convenience and facilities of a hotel.

15 minutes drive from Belfast City centre and George Best Belfast City Airport, and less than 10 minutes from Bangor town centre and marina. It is a perfect base to enjoy North Down’s top visitor attractions, shopping, golf and leisure activities.
