About
Join foraging and food expert Clare McQuillan for a Summer foraging walk around the beautiful surroundings and rural landscape of the Ulster Folk Museum, discovering a treasure of edible surprises. Clare will teach you how to identify a range of plants, trees and fruits, and as you go round you'll also learn the role wild plants played in rural Ulster peoples homes. The walk will be followed by a lunch inspired by seasonal foraged ingredients.
