Time to waken up the body after winter hibernation. Gift yourself some time to indulge in *Yin Yoga, Brunch and Hot Tub with amazing views! It's happening Thurs 30th March at 10am - a good time for some relaxation, water therapy and nourishment.
Practise Yoga with a view of Strangford Lough at Strangford View Mews, Killyleagh.
Allow your mind and body to relax and appreciate the space surrounding you! During a Yin Yoga practise you will be guided to bring your awareness to the present moment, followed by a shared hot tub. Your body will be ready for a delicious lunch afterwards prepared by The Picnic Deli Killyleagh. Tide dependant you have the option for wild swimming.
