Bangor Castle (Town Hall), Castle Park Road, Bangor, County Down, BT20 4TF
LORE

About

Famed for turning the legendary Teenage Kicks on its head, LORE have gone from living room dreams to sell out theatre tour success. 2023 will see Lore perform in some of Ireland's most iconic music venues and we are pleased to welcome them to Bangor Castle.
LORE have gained acclaim and recognition internationally, with the band recently back from the USA. The dynamic five piece have been play listed consistently on local and national mainstream radio. They have wooed audiences with their enigmatic live performances playing alongside legendary Irish acts Mary Black, The 4 of Us and Cara Dillon. With captivating harmonies & finely crafted original songs, Lore look set to continue their upward trajectory on the local and national music scene.
"With a strong folk influence, Lore combine their song writing craft with soulful three-piece harmonies. Described as the "northern Irish Fleetwood Mac", Lore have gained much acclaim and recognition nationally."
— The Bath Magazine
"Since its inception, Lore has been racking up critical and popular acclaim both at home and abroad. Like Northern Ireland, the band's identity is vibrant, complex, and even elusive."
— Celtic Life Magazine
