Kicking off the Comber Earlies Big Weekend with Laura from Indie Fude and the team from Echlinville Distillery for a tutored tasting session featuring a superb collection of artisan Irish cheese, expertly paired with the exquisite range of spirits from the Distillery, all to the welcome backing of music from singer songwriter Alex Da Costa. The team at Echlinville promise a special distilltion of Comber Potato Poitín just for this event! What a treat. This is a rare opportunity to learn a little bit more about our local cheeses and the history of the spirits made at Echlinville Distillery - while having a bit of craic.
