A Yoga, Meditation and Sound Bathing Retreat.

Join us for a unique restorative self-care experience where you will be guided through an indulgent itinerary of Yoga Flow and Sound Bath Meditation in the unique heritage setting of The Walled Garden Helen’s Bay.

For those who don't know, Sound Bathing is the practice of being mindful while listening to different sounds that help relax the body and mind.

On arrival, you will be welcomed with herbal teas, coffee, and homemade biscuits; and will have the opportunity to stroll through the garden to reconnect with nature.

You will then enjoy a rejuvenating Yoga Flow to loosen the muscles and joints and calm the mind. Some core strengthening and stretching will also be included for balance and improved posture.

Afterwards, you will unwind over a delicious nourishing brunch made from the organic seasonal produce grown in the garden.

The wellness retreat experience will then close with a relaxing and healing sound bath meditation. You will be invited to lay down with blankets and pillows and to listen to the entrancing tones of the Himalayan and Crystal Singing Bowls. A variety of percussion instruments will be used to  gently settle you into a deep, restorative relaxation.

This is a truly immersive experience to invoke relaxation, self-discovery, and inner exploration – open to all abilities.

Things to note
This retreat experience will be held outdoors, both in the garden and undercover in a heavy-duty Bedouin marquee, and therefore is weather dependent.. Alternative indoor arrangements can be made if necessary.

As restoration works are underway, the paths may not be suitable for wheelchair users. Toilets are available on site.
